The Business Intelligence Analyst – Sales & Operations is a critical team member supporting the Sales department and executive leadership. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role combines sales support, data analysis, and project management responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with the IT department. A core initial focus will be the migration of reports from Cognos to Power BI and automating existing reporting processes. The ideal candidate is an experienced Power BI developer who can quickly adapt and contribute with minimal assistance.

The pay Range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 per year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
