Temple University Hillel is seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Engagement Associate to build relationships with students and create meaningful Jewish experiences on campus. With approximately 1,500 Jewish students at Temple (about 4.55% of the student body), we are looking for someone excited to foster engagement, support student leaders, and develop innovative programming to connect students to Jewish life.

They will work to empower students, help shape Jewish student life, and create a welcoming and pluralistic community. This role will center wellness as a foundational pillar of engagement—not just as a program, but as an integral part of Jewish life. Through Jewish wisdom and values, the Community Engagement Associate will guide students in cultivating well-being, resilience, and meaningful connections.
