Now Hiring: Customer Service & Warehouse Associate

Location: Orlando, FL 32808

Salary: $40,000 - $42,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you looking for a role that blends customer service with warehouse operations? A well-established company in the industrial supply industry is looking for a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate to join their growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Process customer quotes and orders with accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with suppliers & customers
• Pick and fulfill shipping orders based on pick tickets
• Receive and process purchase orders (POs) and transfers
• Ship customer orders, including freight shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
• Keep the warehouse organized and stocked

What You Bring:

• 1-5 years of experience in Customer Service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with good time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Previous experience in order entry and shipping is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
