📍 Franklin, TN | In-Person ~4+ Days/Week | Full-Time

We're looking to add a highly motivated, forward thinking leader to the Kaifect team inside a creative, fast-moving, AI-powered growth lab called The Entrepreneur Factory — the home of Kaifect , a growth marketing company that builds, launches, and grows online businesses for clients in sports, music, fitness, lifestyle, and more...

We run C4 Cycles — our proprietary, systematic, repeatable way of generating leads and selling stuff online.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Own and manage C4 Cycles across client accounts — from big ideas, hooks and lead generation strategies, to live virtual events and conversion campaigns!
• Oversee and optimize email marketing and social media advertising for maximum conversion
• Coordinate with creatives, copywriters, web developers, and an army of AI agents!
• Track and improve performance across campaigns (you’ll need to know what numbers matter)
• Manage multiple brands without missing a beat

Must-Haves:

• Ability to communicate at a high level and with professionalism with notable figures (clients)
• 3+ years in digital marketing (product launches, paid traffic, list building), or desire to learn quickly
• Proven track record with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and product launches
• Ability to think strategically and contribute to the whole
• Confidence in a room full of entrepreneurs
• Obsession with optimization, tracking, and results
• Local to Franklin, TN and willing to be in our office at least 4 days a week
