Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and property division.

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and discovery.

• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients at trials and conferences.

• Develop litigation and settlement strategies based on case specifics and client goals.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and provide realistic legal advice.

• Collaborate with the legal team to share insights and ensure top-tier service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

• At least 2 years of experience in family law or domestic relations.

• Ability to manage contested and complex matters independently.

• Experience with high-conflict or high-asset divorce cases is preferred.

• Exceptional legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.

• Professional demeanor and ability to handle emotionally sensitive issues.
