Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Master’s Level Mental Health Counselor for a full-time role in Baltimore, MD 21215 . This position involves both on-site and field-based responsibilities, offering the unique opportunity to provide direct care and support to clients in the community. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and daily living support to clients in the community.
• Advocate for client needs and connect them with necessary community resources.
• Manage a caseload of 10-12 clients, offering ongoing support and care.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Maryland professional licensure preferred (must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Pay Range:

• Licensed Clinicians: $70,000–$76,000
• Unlicensed Clinicians: $65,000–$69,000
