Project Manager - Mission Critical Data Centers

Our client, a top 10 ENR general contractor and a market leader in Data Center construction, is expanding operations in Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
• Build and lead high-performance teams through effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct timely employee evaluations
• Foster an inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and professional growth
• Drive positive organizational change and innovation
Project Management & Operations
• Oversee master project scheduling, implementation, and updates
• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and analysis
• Lead quality assurance/quality control programs
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams during project development
• Supervise field operations, engineering processes, and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with insurance, labor relations, and employee relations requirements
• Coordinate with Finance team on payment applications and collections
• Deliver regular project updates through Operations Review Meetings
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years relevant experience (or equivalent combination) Data Center Experience Desirable
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction costs, scheduling, estimating, and engineering
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
• Advanced presentation and communication skills
