We’re hiring a Training Manager because we need you to help accomplish our mission—assisting independent Sales Agents to navigate merchant services with a partner who passionately pursues something rarely found in our industry: an #AgentFirst paradigm. We are looking for a creative and driven Training Manager to help us create learning resources and procedures for both our internal teams and our Sales Agents across America. Your experience with creating guidance documents and instructional materials will be critical in positioning PayCompass as the go-to partner for independent sales Agents.

What will you do in this role?

As the Training Manager , you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with internal product experts to determine necessary content and structure for training materials to be used by internal support personnel.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to utilize existing training materials.
  • Through partnership with our internal marketing team, create guidance documents, written instructional guidelines, and video tutorials.
  • Create structured and consistent strategies with internal teammates to ensure training documentation is regularly updated and as complete as possible.
  • Develop structure within the company to ensure training materials are easily resourced and utilized.

Who will you work with?

You will work closely with our Marketing Team (lead by our Marketing Director, Emily McMahon), our Support Team (lead by our Director of Support Services, Jathan Bennett), and our Sales Operations Team (lead by our Director of Sales Operations, Jeanie Rees). You’ll also collaborate closely with Justin Volrath, our CEO, and the entire C-suite.

Where will you work?

You’ll work at PayCompass HQ in Tempe, Arizona. Our team has a fantastic culture, and we genuinely love being around each other (and our dogs)!
