The ideal candidate will be local to the area , possess exceptional attention to detail , and demonstrate overriding flexibility in meeting the principals’ needs. This role requires impeccable service standards and a refined, intuitive approach to household operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide elevated beverage and meal service , ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Set and maintain elegant table arrangements in coordination with household chefs.
• Oversee the beauty and organization of the home , ensuring a flawless environment at all times.
• Anticipate the needs of the principals with calm, kind, and thoughtful discretion .
• Maintain strong collaboration with the household team to uphold the highest standards of service.
• Occasionally travel to another residence in Arizona as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be local to the Silicon Valley area.
• Prior experience in a formal private household or luxury hospitality setting .
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service, table setting, and etiquette .
• A calm, intuitive, and professional demeanor with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to discretion and excellence .
• Willingness to travel occasionally to another residence in Arizona.

Position Details:

• Full-time role with an excellent salary and full benefits package .
• The principals reside at the property approximately half the year , but the position remains full-time.
