Job Title: Charitable Endowment Specialist (Charitable Fund Administrative Assistant)
Work schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
**Local candidates only- hybrid onsite 3x per week maximum

** Contract to hire ( ~ 4 months)
Full-time hours, $23 per hour ($ 47 000 - 48 000 per year), health benefits and sick time
Job Summary: This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Charitable Endowment Fund department.
Duties
Assists in preparing or reviewing reports.
Handle email correspondence while utilizing strong written communication and customer service skills Maintain a high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals Assist with various projects as assigned by manager There will be phone work involved Assisting in collecting information to approve charities Researches charities status with the IRS using resources provided.
Skills: Must Haves
At least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience within a professional work environment
Must have strong data entry skills - Must complete a data entry test (not a typing test).
Preferably a test that measures their speed and accuracy. A score of at least 5,500 keystrokes per hour with 85% accuracy or higher, is ideal. Please attach data entry scores to the candidate's resume.
Experience with phones / call center
Experience within the banking / financial industry is a BIG plus High attention to detail Customer service oriented Team player - willing to jump in whenever needed (even if it doesn't fall within their job description) Ability to Multi-task
