Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Plastic Surgery practice and OR. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management practices. This role is essential in ensuring that our clinic runs efficiently while providing high-quality care to our patients. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for seeing patients for preoperative and follow-up visits, managing clinical staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, enhancing patient satisfaction, and administer IV Therapies.

Duties

• See preoperative and postoperative patients, co-manage with senior surgeon
• Oversee the daily operations of the OR and clinical team, ensuring efficient workflow and patient care
• Manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, as well as coordinating per diem coverage
• Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations in conjunction with senior management
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of patient information
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development

Qualifications

• RN, or APRN, or PA License REQUIRED
• Proven experience in healthcare/medical management REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS Required
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Plastic Surgery experience a plus
