🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Explore new and existing markets to pinpoint ideal locations for new convenience stores
• Identify high-potential tenants for vacant spaces within our owned or leased properties
• Conduct in-depth market research, site visits, and competitive analysis to evaluate new acquisition opportunities
• Manage end-to-end property transactions—acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing
• Interpret zoning, land use regulations, and master plans to support development strategy
• Build and present financial models to assess ROI and guide investment decisions

• A keen eye for emerging trends and untapped market opportunities
• Hands-on experience with real estate contracts, lease negotiations, and transaction management
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for financial modeling and investment analysis
• Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and commercial development processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you’re great with clients and partners
• Proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to travel up to 70% across the U.S. (including short-notice trips)

🎓 What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, retail development, or a related sector
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
