Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, codes, and standards.
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and standards.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
