Job Description

Counselor III (LSW/LPC/LISW/LPCC) Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling, or marriage and family therapy required.
  • Valid State of Ohio LPC, LSW, LISW, LPCC with two (2) years of paid full-time experience in the field of chemical dependency, mental health or adolescent treatment, or equivalent required.

The Counselor must complete day-to-day service documentation as required and maintain effective communication while engaging clients in services. The Counselor must have a valid State of Ohio Licensed Social Work (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
