Responsibilities:

• Sweeps, dusts, scrubs and mops rooms, corridors, washrooms and toilets
• Washes floors, walls, windows and furniture; cleans tables and sinks
• Polishes floors, furniture and metal work
• Vacuums carpets
• Sets up tables and chairs, carries and delivers supplies and materials
• Empties waste baskets and disposes of refuse
• Other duties as requested by the management and residents

Required Skills:

• General knowledge of cleaning materials and methods
• Ability to perform moderately heavy manual labor
• Ability to understand and carry out directions in regard to routine duties
• Ability to interact positively with staff, administration and immediate associates
• Ability to work independently IS A MUST
• Experience preferred, but we will train the right person
