Rate: $30/Hour with no benefits

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our client’s dynamic team in Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA. This role is onsite with multiple positions available in Charlotte, NC and Des Moines, IA and offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment alongside multi-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across various systems and platforms.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data through regular audits and quality checks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data needs and contribute to project objectives.
• Generate and format reports using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Proficiency with other spreadsheet and data management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.
• Candidates on work visa will NOT be considered.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in an onsite work model.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
• Familiarity with Yubikeys data is preferred.
