  • Represent the organization at community and industry events, strengthening partnerships with cultural and educational institutions.
  • Serve as a visible and engaged leader, fostering a culture of philanthropy and long-term sustainability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven success in fundraising within non-profits, ideally in the arts, culture, or education sectors.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, strategic planning, and communication abilities; fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Mindset: A creative and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Why Join Us?

  • Hybrid work model with both in-person and remote flexibility.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including health and dental coverage, tuition reduction, paid vacation, and holidays.
  • Opportunity to make a tangible impact in a thriving arts community.
