What You’ll Do:

• Engage with 50+ warm leads each day, guiding job seekers through the hiring process.
• Support new hires through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Work closely with payroll, compliance, and HR to keep everything running smoothly.
• Stay organized and hit hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome! If you have experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or call centers, you’ll fit right in.
• Strong communication and time management skills. You enjoy talking to people and keeping things on track.
• Willingness to commute and work on-site daily.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
