We’re looking for a passionate and driven intern to join our events team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event management.

Role Overview:

As an  Event Management Intern , you will work closely with our event planners and coordinators to assist in the planning, execution, and wrap-up of events. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world experience, build your portfolio, and work with a talented and creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various types of events
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue partners
  • Help with logistics including transportation, materials, and equipment
  • Support on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown
  • Conduct market research and help develop event proposals
  • Prepare event-related documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage databases, attendee lists, and RSVP tracking
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media (if applicable)

Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; knowledge of Canva or design tools is a plus
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
