Job Description

We’re partnering with a private executive office in search of a sharp, detail-oriented Executive & Personal Assistant to support 1–2 senior leaders across both business and personal matters. This is not a traditional desk-bound EA role—it blends high-level administrative coordination with personal assistance and household oversight.

Local Miami candidates with experience supporting ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNW) will thrive in this position.

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct administrative and personal support to 1–2 executives, managing both professional and private responsibilities
• Handle complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and schedule optimization
• Coordinate domestic and international travel—flights, lodging, car service, and full itineraries
• Oversee day-to-day personal needs: errands, vendor coordination, reservations, gift purchasing, event logistics, etc.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, using discretion at all times
• Draft emails, manage correspondence, and help drive follow-up on business and household priorities
• Stay on top of special projects and act as a problem-solver with a hands-on mindset

Key Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting executives or UHNW individuals in a blended EA/PA role
• Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism, especially around sensitive personal information
• Comfort balancing shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Local to the Miami area and familiar with the city’s vendors, venues, and logistics
