Position : Founding Senior Solution Engineer

Job type: Full-time, 40 hr/week onsite with flexible hours + 25-30 hr/week work from home

Salary: $200K - $310K

Equity: 0.5% - 1.25%

Commision : Based on performance

Bonus: $20k - $100k

Location: Redwood City, CA, US

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

• Partner with sales to drive successful deals and customer outcomes, ultimately increasing our number of enterprise customers
• Lead qualified product demos and pre-sales process for prospective customers
• Collaborate internally to maintain our documentation, demo environments and serve as a Sales Team for product requests
• Support solution selling and work cross-functionally with customers and internal partners to find solutions
• Lead and successfully execute POCs and POVs, building trust and collaboration with key technical stakeholders, to drive successful completion of engagements.
• Report product feature requests back to product teams

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in CS/CE/EE. 1+ year of working experience
• Friendliness & Empathy - Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Accountability & Collaboration - Comfortable working with both sales and engineers. Will do whatever it takes to deliver projects on-time.
• Proactiveness & Urgency - Willing to work long hours. Can juggle between multiple projects and deadlines.
• Growth Mindset & Love of Learning - Strong adaptability in any setting. Has exposure to the latest tech trends, know how to use a wide range of technical and non-technical tools
