This fully remote role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee the HR function, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure efficient HR processes that align with our business objectives.

About the Role:
As the Head of HR , you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving our HR function, providing strategic guidance to leadership, and helping navigate compliance across multiple jurisdictions in North America, the EU, and Southern Africa. You will lead strategic HR planning and initiatives for a very intelligent, driven, and dynamic team of professionals.
This is a full-time, remote position that operates within U.S. Eastern Time (GMT -5) and may require time flexibility to collaborate with international teams. We are open to considering a shifted or part-time schedule for a very organized and dedicated candidate. Successful candidates will have a passion for helping fully remote, global teams connect and work effectively and for helping a scaling company grow into its potential.
