Our industry-leading client is looking for an Instructional Designer that can help in designing and developing performance enhancing training programs and tools for a variety of audiences. In this role you will be responsible for helping with implementation planning and development activities to support the learning strategies that align with the company’s cultural transformation and responsible for driving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Articulate RISE and Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Location: Atlanta, GA , responsible for working onsite 3 days a week
Duration: 12+ month Contract
Rate: $50-$55 hourly W2

Responsibilities
· Supporting the development and implementation of learning strategies that align to the company's cultural transformation and drives business objectives
· Designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for a variety of audiences at all levels in the organization
· Creating and delivering training products, including presentations, e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and video content
Experience Requirements
· Strong instructional design experience that is highly proficient in content development for complex LMS and LXP platforms
· Local to Atlanta, GA and can work onsite 3 days a week
· Experience with SuccessFactors or other HRIS
· Experience with Articulate RISE and Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud
· Certification in administration of personality inventories (DISC, HBDI, Myers Briggs)
· Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively and meeting established goals and deadlines
Education Requirements
· BA/BS in instructional design, organizational development, training and development, or communication, Master’s degree preferred
