About the Company - Insight Global is seeking an inside Medicare sales representative, you will be responsible for selling Medicare products and programs to potential and existing customers over the phone or online. You will also educate and assist customers with their Medicare enrollment and eligibility and provide excellent customer service and support. NOT A COLD CALLING POSITION, we generate a large volume of high-intent leads, this is not a seasonal role it is a career opportunity.
We will train, guide, and nurture you to be one of the Nation’s top Medicare sales agents. We have a proven system that has helped many sales agents become top producing agents for various carriers in the country. We are one of the only agencies in the nation that successfully sells Medicare Advantage ALL YEAR LONG. Only Exclusive/Hot Leads, Inbound Calls, Live Transfers, NO COLD CALLING! All Training, Leads, and CRM/Dialer Tools Provided.
Our sales agents are averaging $1,000-$1,500 per week, with our top sales agents earning $3,000+. We will provide you with all the exclusive/hot leads you can handle, along with office space and CRM/dialer tools to help you succeed. We will grow your business for you! We have too many exclusive leads to handle.

Schedule: 9-6 Mon-Thurs, 9-3:30 Friday. During AEP 9-7 M-F 9-3:30 Saturdays with some Sunday Requirements

We have a base pay of $20/hour with an aggressive compensation package including commissions, monthly/quarterly bonuses, and renewals available after 2 years of employment.
