- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform dental laboratory procedures such as pouring and trimming models
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
```Requirements:```
- Dental assisting
- Proficiency in dental software, such as Eaglesoft
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for digital impressions
- Experience with medical imaging and radiography techniques
- Strong understanding of infection control and aseptic techniques
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care
- Knowledge of medical coding for insurance billing purposes
Note: Experience as a dental receptionist is a plus, but not required.
