Georgia Dental Insurance Services (GDIS), the insurance subsidiary of the Georgia Dental Association (GDA) , is seeking a Licensed Life and Accident, Sickness Agent to join our growing team. This forward-facing role plays a key part in supporting our health insurance clients.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a strong background in health insurance and a desire to grow within a supportive, service-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Health Insurance Services:

• Support group health insurance renewals and write new group/individual policies
• Handle billing, payment inquiries, and credit card transactions
• Organize and maintain insurance documentation
• Coordinate outreach efforts through office visits and Zoom consultations
• Assist with Medicare Supplement mailings and special projects

Personal Lines Services:

• Write and service new and renewal personal lines business
• Process endorsements and managing customer inquiries
• Maintain compliance and documentation for personal lines accounts

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Life, Accident, and Sickness License
• Minimum 5 years of health insurance industry customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
