Job Description

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant in Charleston, SC, specializing in civil litigation, including personal injury, construction defect, and insurance defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-filing in SC State and Federal courts
• Manage attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, depositions, and travel
• Communicate with law firms, clients, and insurance carriers
• Draft and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Assist with trial preparation and case management
• Maintain document organization and track deadlines

Requirements:

• 4+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
• Knowledge of SC e-filing and eDockets
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with attention to detail
• Must be available for a 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday
