The Role:

• Lead & execute marketing strategy, branding, and global business development.
• Identify & drive new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Oversee & manage marketing communications, product positioning, and project execution.
• Lead a small team, reporting directly to the executive leadership.
• No travel required – sales engineers handle trade shows while you focus on strategy.

The Person:

• 10+ years of experience in marketing and /or business development.
• Degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Background in industrial mechanical industries.
• Proven leadership ability, with a hands-on approach to strategy and execution.
• Genuinely able to relocate to Butte, Montana!
