Medical Provider (MD, DO, NP, PA)

Role Description

We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN on-site positions for a physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner in Lima, OH. As a primary care provider at Victress, you will deliver holistic and evidence-based care, emphasizing wellness, prevention, and personalized treatment plans. You will work closely with a collaborative team to guide patients through lifestyle changes and chronic condition management, while fostering trust and clear communication. Our model allows you the time to truly listen and build meaningful relationships with those we serve. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive, individualized care for patients across the from birth to end of life
• Promoting wellness and prevention through predictive and personalized care
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person health
• Maintaining accurate, timely medical documentation
• Embracing a calm, positive, and growth-oriented mindset within the team

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD, DO, PA, NP, DNP, APRN or ARNP) from an accredited institution
• Valid and unrestricted license to practice in Ohio
• Certification in Family or Internal Medicine (if applicable to your licensure)
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and preventative care
• Functional medicine training or willingness to learn preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster trust with patients and team
• A heart for service and a desire to contribute to a peaceful, purpose-driven culture
• Comfort with new technologies and commitment to continuous learning
