What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture
• Strong portfolio of built work in the public and/or private sector
• Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing complex projects
• Licensed Landscape Architect
• Business development experience
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior staff
