About the Role:

Join as a Product Designer and help create intuitive, user-friendly experiences that make healthcare more accessible and effective. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to design interfaces that are not only beautiful but also functional. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a mission-driven company. This role reports to the Head of Design.

What You'll Do:

  • Zero to One - Lead the design process from user research to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring a seamless patient experience.
  • Cross-Platform Design - Create scalable user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Low-Fidelity Exploration - Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows.
  • Collaboration - Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align designs with user needs and business objectives.
  • Feedback-Driven Iteration - Refine designs based on user insights and analytics to enhance the user experience.
  • Ownership - Take full accountability for your designs, driving projects to completion.

Who You Are:

  • User-Centered - Leverage extensive experience conducting user research and usability testing to craft intuitive and enjoyable experiences that prioritize user needs at every stage of the design process.
  • Creative - Demonstrated ability to design award-winning interfaces by combining a strong eye for aesthetics with a passion for exploring innovative ideas and emerging trends.
  • Detail-Oriented - Proven track record of delivering pixel-perfect designs for complex, high-impact products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborative - Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
  • Curious and Growth-Oriented - Regularly participate in industry workshops, conferences, and certifications to stay ahead in UI/UX design trends and techniques.
  • Adaptable - Successfully navigated fast-paced, iterative environments, incorporating feedback to pivot designs and deliver solutions aligned with evolving requirements.
