Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Property Administrator for an affordable housing community in Santa Paula, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for managing property operations, coordinating maintenance tasks, and delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will include leasing apartments, screening potential tenants, and handling essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease and rent apartments, ensuring all documentation and agreements are completed accurately.
• Screen applicants by verifying income, employment, and other relevant details.
• Manage work orders and keep track of property-related paperwork.
• Provide excellent service to residents and prospective tenants, addressing their needs promptly.
• Handle advertising, marketing, and sales efforts for the property.
• Lead and coordinate a team of office and maintenance staff to ensure efficient property operations.

Qualifications:

• Property Management Experience: Minimum of 4 years (Required).
• Experience with Tax Credit (TCAC) Housing: Minimum of 2 years (Required).
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a sales-oriented role (Required).
• Bilingual (Spanish): Preferred.
• Driver's License: Valid and required.
