Salary: up to $120k

Clutch is looking for a Publicity Director with agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• You possess a keen eye for trends and the ability to translate them into innovative PR strategies.
• You inspire and motivate your team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for building strong relationships and crafting compelling narratives.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with a smile.
• Drive the vision and strategy for the Publicity Department, ensuring your team stays ahead of the ever-evolving media landscape.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented PR professionals. Witness their growth and celebrate their success.
• Develop and execute winning PR campaigns, building buzz and exceeding client expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key players in the entertainment industry – publicists, managers, and agents alike.
• Work hand-in-hand with internal teams like Accounts, Creative, and Production to achieve seamless campaign execution.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in entertainment and brand publicity, with a proven track record of success, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience with industry-standard tools like Cision and Muck Rack.
• Event PR experience a plus!
• Project Management software know-how (Basecamp, etc.)
• Time-tracking and file management software expertise.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
