Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and support daily quality operations in partnership with the Quality Manager
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
• Conduct routine data entry, reporting, and maintenance of quality documentation and logs
• Participate in and support internal audits, customer audits, and certification renewals
• Serve as a key player in maintaining and improving site-level quality programs as we scale production
• Make routine quality decisions independently; escalate more complex decisions to the Quality Manager

Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance within a food manufacturing or production environment
• Prior supervisory experience, or a strong quality technician ready for a leadership step-up
• Hands-on familiarity with food safety programs (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
