A highly regarded business law boutique in Tampa is seeking a senior commercial real estate attorney to handle a wide range of complex transactions. The projects primarily involve development of multifamily units financed with bonds, tax credits, and conventional debt financing. Must be able to handle title and survey issues and must also be highly organized, and detail oriented. Also, candidates must be team players who can handle a heavy volume of documents independently and expeditiously.
