Job Description

We are currently looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our client within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry on a 6-month project.

This is a W2 Contracted role role out of their office in Fall River, MA. The role is operated on a on-site basis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for quality roles including QC Chemists and QA Inspectors.
• Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source candidates.
• Leverage platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job fairs, college hiring events, and alternative sourcing methods.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for quality roles.
• Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work on-site daily
