Job Title: Safety Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Safety Associate to support safety consulting projects, retainer clients, and contractor safety assessments. This on-site role will work directly with our lead Safety Consultant to enhance safety programs, conduct safety observations, and assist in delivering high-quality safety gap analyses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about workplace safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing retainer clients, tracking deliverables, supporting safety initiatives, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conduct on-site safety observations , identify at-risk behaviors, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Prepare monthly reports summarizing findings, trends, and insights from safety assessments.
• Support Gap Analysis reviews for contractor safety programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance productivity in safety reporting and data analysis.
• Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for documentation, presentations, and data management.
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to improve safety processes and program effectiveness.
• Stay updated on OSHA regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Occupational Safety, or a related field preferred .
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in any field + OSHA 30 certification is acceptable.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret safety data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Experience leveraging AI for efficiency and workflow optimization is a plus.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Must be willing to travel locally for site visits and client engagements as needed.
