I am looking for a motivated individual who is determined to be successful. Being successful in this role will take you well above your base salary as commission is uncapped. This job isn't for the average salesperson. It requires an overachiever. We'll ease you into the role with training and walk you through how we gain new outbound business. Once you've shown that you can create conversations, we'll add more revenue generating activities to your plate. We're selling technology and software programs to many of the leading companies around the world, so it will help if you're technologically inclined and good on the phone.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Development Representative role located in Indianapolis, IN. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development tasks on a day-to-day basis. Once proven, the individual in this role will be transitioned into a role that includes Account Management and other accompanying tasks.
