Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Monrovia, CA. This direct hire position offers a unique opportunity to lead sales efforts and establish new hospital partnerships for a well-established company. The successful candidate will focus on generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals to expand the client base.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new hospital clients.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings to develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals, earning bonuses for each hospital signed.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRMs.
• Stay informed of industry trends and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Required Work Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with the expectation of travel as necessary to meet business needs.
