Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer, proficient with writing automation scripts, unit and integration tests for Enterprise applications. The successful candidate is a team player with excellent technical and problem-solving skills, is aware of industry trends, questions the status quo and can identify and propose alternatives.
What You'll Do?
• Built new automation frameworks
• Create test scripts for automation testing
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for mobile applications on different platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure application functionality, performance, and security meets requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate app performance and recommend performance improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolution of issues found during testing.
• Stay current with new testing tools and methodologies and recommend their adoption to improve the team's workflow.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
What do you need to succeed?
• 4+ years of SDET and testing experience
• 4+ years with web application & cross browser testing
• 4+ years with test automation framework and automated web testing
• 4+ years applied experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, etc.
• Hand on experience with testing tools such as TestNG, Selenium, Jenkins, etc.
• Knowledge & hands-on experience with data management tools including but not limited to SQL/R/Python and Excel.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• Expertise in accessibility testing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
