Senior Recruiter

We are searching for a talent acquisition recruiting background with Staffing and Recruiting Industry or Human Resources experience to join our team. If you are competitive, self-motivated with a strong ability to build relationships, multi task in a fast paced environment and have strong account management skills you should apply directly for this position.

As Senior Recruiter your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Service Management: Manage key accounts and maintain contact with existing and new hiring managers.
  • Manage intake procedures for new clients and client order management.
  • Managing client specific contract employees while on assignment. Assessing and resolving client and contractor related requests.
  • Communicate with client managers to assess on going client staffing and hiring requirements. Conduct in person meetings with on site management.
  • Provide best practice recruiting and match account expectations on time to fill needs.
  • Proactive client outreach to identify potential opportunities
  • Build candidate bench for talent placement and retention to meet needs of client per hiring cycles. Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the success in fulfilling placement needs.
  • Recruiting: Participate in full life-cycle of recruiting for professional contract and direct hire positions. Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in local markets. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing, screening and qualifying talent utilizing direct calls, job boards, social networking and internal database matching candidates’ strengths with clients’ requirements.
  • Negotiating wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates and clients for current and future opportunities.
  • Complete employment verification and onboarding processes.
  • Participation in advertising, job board and Internet based posting and social networking, marketing, job fairs and promotional activities.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates and contract employees for referrals and future placements.

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA Preferred
  • 2+ years Recruiting,Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, highly detail oriented and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong time management and excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient in office applications and social media platforms.
  • Proven track record and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
