Sereal+, a COL vertical drama platform, has expanded into over 100 countries and regions, gaining significant international traction. In our Los Angeles office, the Content team of Sereal+ works closely with local studios and talent to create high-quality original vertical dramas. We are now seeking a self-driven and dedicated talent to join our Los Angeles office as the Social Media Manager to support our rapid growth in the US Market.

In this role, you will be managing the social media strategy for Sereal+ across multiple platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. You will be responsible for the growth of the follower base as well as the community management of these accounts. This position requires great attention to details, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills to work with international partners from different locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy of Sereal+, consistent with the product's overall brand vision

2. Manage the social media accounts of Sereal+ across multiple platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.

3. Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posts on all social media platforms, in line with the release date of our content on Sereal+.

4. Create, edit, and post engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that drives engagement and conversion

5. Engage with our followers by responding to comments and messages across our social media platforms

6. Analyze social media data and provide regular reports to track the success of social media campaigns to help the business team make data-driven decisions

7. Monitor content trends and high potential topics on social media to provide constructive insights to our content creation team

8. Collaborate with the marketing and user growth team to ensure our social media strategy is integrated with other marketing efforts

9. Work closely with international partners from different time zones to ensure fast response on social media

10. Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and partner brands to increase brand exposure

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

2. 3-5 years of successful experience experience working on a social media related role

3. Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin required

4. Active user of all the major social media platforms with deep understanding of the platforms, trends, and best practices

5. Excellent written and verbal communication ability and solid photo and video editing skills

6. Ability to analyze social media data and use it to make data-driven decisions

7. Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box

8. Flexibility to work on non office hours due to the nature of social media

9. Ability to fit into a face-paced start-up environment and build things from scratch

10. Past experience in content, vertical drama, or short form video industry a plus
