  • Competitive Pay Range: $47,278.00 - $78,000.00

Flexible Scheduling

  • Core working hours Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; and some required work outside of core working time. (Position is hybrid eligible with approval.)

Your Role as a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist

  • Consult with and coach managers and supervisors on effective ways to address workplace issues in accordance with university and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding policies, procedures and other best practices.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external partners promoting a culture of collaboration, compliance and equitable resolution.
  • Focus on inter-team collaboration to resolve issues with diplomacy and within required confidentiality guidelines and parameters.
