Job Description

LEVELS is on a mission to create a pinnacle retail experience and event space for those who love, live and work at the intersection of fashion, sports and entertainment. Levels is located in the Mission Bay district of San Francisco, situated just a few blocks south of the Chase Center. This role will lead the retail portion of our venue, and ensure the store opens in a successful fashion in Spring 2025.

As a member of management, and reporting to the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our store, responsible for managing daily operations for retail, inspiring a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team
  • Foster a positive work environment
  • Set clear goals, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure top performance

Customer Experience

  • Create an exceptional shopping experience
  • Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure high standards of customer service

Sales & Performance

  • Drive store sales and profitability
  • Focus on effective merchandise management
  • Create promotional strategies to help achieve sales targets.

Product Knowledge

  • Develope knowledge of brands and products
  • Help forecast trends in the market

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee inventory management and buying
  • Develope visual merchandising in store
  • General store maintenance and ensuring complaince with local, national and company regulations

Financial Management

  • Manage store budgets
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth
  • Provide weekly reports to General Manager and Partners

Marketing & Community Engagement :

  • Implement local marketing initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract new customers
  • Populate social channels

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role a neccessity. Specific experience in lifestyle, streetwear and sneakers a plus
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-Centric : A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.

Compensation:

  • $70,000 to $85,000 dependent on experience
  • Up to 15% Annual Bonus on a tiered structure based on revenue targets
