Our client, an industry leader in the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector , is seeking their next Human Resources Coordinator to join the team at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to become a key member of their dynamic Human Resources team.

About the Job:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation
• Assist with recruitment efforts: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication
• Help facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits
• Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Maintain HR databases, reports, and systems with accuracy and confidentiality

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Internship or co-op experience in Human Resources or administrative support preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Our client is seeking a professional capable of handling various Human Resources functions, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance . This position is fully onsite , five days a week, at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering up to $25 per hour , based on experience.
