Permanent Position for a hands on Training Manager - must have strong ID experience and leadership skills/management and preferably exp in Manufacturing environment. The person will help stand up a training department. The initial goal is to develop onboarding training by optimizing what they have to create eLearning to replace the in-person events. This will likely be a mix of ILT,vILT and eLearning. Tools used Synthesia, Presi, PPT, Adobe Rush, Adobe Pro, Camtasia and the LMS is ExpertusOne.
This person will help shape and mold the new Training Department - previous management experience is preferred.
Location can be either Greensboro or Charlotte NC. You MUST live in or near one of these locations.
