Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service

Location: 2562 Cabot Commerce Drive, Suite #200, Jacksonville, Florida, USA. 32226

Job Description: Handles shipments for customers related to warehouse operation, from the planning stage to billing and continue follow-up.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required) and Spanish (preferred but not required).
• Good management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work under pressure.

Education and Experience:

• At least one year of Logistics or warehouse experience is required.
• At least one year of direct customer service experience.
• At least one year of experience in logistics and supply chain management software (CW1)
• A college degree is not required but is preferred.

Some Duties/Responsibilities:

• Revise customer SOP and rates once received and request information missing if needed.
• Respond to emails in a timely matter.
• Open the file for all shipments in CW1.
• Create vendor in the system if needed.
• Enter data on all fields.
• Collect payments as instructions in place, if the customer is PIA (before handling)
• Follow up on pickups and deliveries during transit until freight arrives at destination and update customer.
• Sent PODs to the customers and San Juan Operation.
• Request bookings to the customer or ocean line depending on account requirements.
• Send loading plans with booking and instructions to the warehouse in compliance with the cut-off in place.
• Send inventory to the customer as needed and requested, depending on the account, as customer requirements.
• Upload shipment documentation on eDocs accordingly.
• Others related to the position.
