Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Web Content Specialist to join their team! This position is located in Richmond, Virginia.

Duties:

• Partner with internal customers to develop and execute messaging based on their intent and objectives
• Work within an internal framework to build, test, and release digital messages to the web and mobile banking application
• Apply analytical thinking to create targeting that ensures messages are delivered to the intended audience
• Work within Insomnia to call GET and POST requests to test and troubleshoot messaging logic
• Work in Web browsers, Xcode, and Android Studio to test messages on various channels
• Communicate closely with various individuals and teams on the status of assigned projects
• Gather and analyze data from Tableau, Splunk, or other sources as requested
• Follow established team processes and engage in process improvement

Desired Skills/Experience:

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience
• 1+ years of experience within digital marketing
• 1+ years of campaign, content, or messaging testing experience
• Client-relationship management & stakeholder engagement skills
• Detail-oriented, tech savvy, naturally curious
• Ability to translate technical jargon to non-technical marketing associates
• Ability to quickly pick up on complex systems with initial trainings
• Experience with Immulator, Android Studio, Insominia, Xcode, APIs, Workfront, Tableau, Splunk
