A leading personal injury law firm in the Southeast is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its growing Georgia team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of workers' comp experience and is passionate about client advocacy. This role requires the ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in one of the firm's Georgia offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open new files, initiate client contact, and maintain regular communication throughout the case.
• Conduct thorough investigations, analyze intake information, and gather relevant documents.
• Verify insurance coverage and liability; maintain communication with insurance carriers.
• Coordinate and manage medical care, communicate with providers, and schedule appointments.
• Continuously monitor case status and review medical records.
• Organize and maintain case files and prepare documentation for demand submission.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited university and active GA Bar license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Workers' Compensation legal experience.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and deliver a high level of client service.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite Monday–Friday in a professional office setting.
