**The candidate should be located on the East Coast of South Carolina, near Myrtle Beach or the surrounding area—possibly Charleston.

**T-Mobile experience is highly desired.

**This role is fully remote, with 25% travel for site visits.

We are seeking a Construction Manager (CM) to support the Site Development organization. The Site Development team delivers new assets, oversees customer service programs, and manages capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across the company's portfolio.

In this role, you will administer, coordinate, and oversee field-based construction activities on assigned projects within a defined geographic region. As a CM, you will work cross-functionally to ensure that assets are constructed and maintained using consistent procedures. You will also ensure safety, quality, and high service levels for both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with employees at all levels on construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, vendors, site designs, material ordering, progress monitoring, site utility coordination, and closeouts.
• Develop estimates to be used as budgets for new site development and capital improvement projects.
• Execute operational procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and protocols for employees and vendors.
• Ensure all product lines are constructed according to the required standards and specifications.
• Meet project timelines and deliver high-quality results.
• Identify potential risks and collaborate with management to develop preventative action plans.
• Troubleshoot, negotiate, and resolve site-level issues with clients or subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Planning OR equivalent work experience in wireless site development.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless site construction or related fields (civil or building construction).
• Strong knowledge of wireless tower industry operations , including siting, construction, engineering, zoning, tenant and ground leases, utility easements, and regulatory compliance (preferred).
• Experience managing wireless site construction projects, including network deployment or construction management.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as part of the role.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% for job responsibilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills , with the ability to present ideas and suggestions effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment through effective prioritization.
• Ability to collaborate with various functional groups and employee levels professionally.
